1. The solenoid valve does not work after being powered on
Check whether the power connection is bad → reconnect and connect the plug - in
Different types of solenoid valves (34) check whether the power supply voltage is within the ± working range -→ normal position range
Whether the coil is unwelded → rewelded
Coil short circuit → replace coil
Working differential pressure is not appropriate → adjust differential pressure → replace the corresponding solenoid valve
Excessive fluid temperature → replace the appropriate solenoid valve
The main valve core and moving iron core of solenoid valve become stuck with impurities → clean, replace the seal and install the filter if there is any seal damage
The liquid viscosity is too big, the frequency is too high and the life has reached → replace the product
2. Solenoid valve cannot be closed
Main valve core or iron core seal has been damaged → replace the seal
Fluid temperature, viscosity is too high → replace the corresponding solenoid valve
There are impurities into the solenoid valve production valve core or moving core → cleaning
Spring life has reached or deformation → replacement
Choke hole balance hole plug → timely cleaning
The working frequency is too high or the service life has reached → change the product or update the product
3. Other conditions
Internal leakage → check whether the seal is damaged or the spring is not well assembled
External leakage → loose joint or broken seal → tighten screw or replace seal
Noise when the power is on → the sturdiness on the head is loosened and tightened. Voltage fluctuation is not allowed, adjust the voltage. Core suction surface impurities or uneven, timely cleaning or replacement.
